Dr. Shayne Aloe is the Executive Director and Founder of Development Disabilities Diversified, Inc. Based in California, she began her journey in residential care in 1997. As a parent of two young adults with developmental disabilities, Dr. Aloe understands the need for quality of life and compliance in residential care facilities. Her mission has been to train and consult with service providers and direct support professionals. As an advocate, she serves on committees for the American Association on Intellectual and Development Disabilities (AAIDD) and the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) to name a few and is active in California state public policy pertaining the field of developmental disabilities through ResCoalition.

Boyd Bradshaw is a trainer and consultant with extensive background in residential care. With nearly two decades of experience in operating community care facilities he specializes in behavior management, sensory integration and regulatory compliance. As a parent of a young adult with a developmental disability he utilizes both personal and professional experiences to educate and advocate for the population. His advocacy extends to public policy as President of ResCoalition, a California based residential care provider business league.

Peter P. Bongiovanni is a trainer and consultant with an extensive background in the areas of confidentiality, HIPPA requirements and clients rights. As a consultant, he specializes in special incident reporting, corrective actions, mitigation and quality assurance by acting as a liaison between federal and state agencies and facilities. Peter has worked as an administrator in multiple facilities where he has provided business management and training in the field for direct support professionals.

Nancy H. Cook, MSW, ASW is a trainer and consultant. She has experience in clinical social work, fund development and grant writing and has collaborated in conducting program evaluations and program developments for community projects and agencies. She is board certified by the state of California as an Associate Clinical Social Worker.

Sean Bush works with other community care administrators and staff offering compliance consulting for licensed community care facilities. In addition he is a DSP Instructor for the Sonoma County Office of Education. Sean currently operates two 6-bed ARF facilities in the North Bay. He has worked with Developmentally Disabled Adults for over 20 years in residential care.
